Crown Valley Brewing & Distilling features handcrafted brews made exclusively at the Coffman location by Brewmaster, Carl Wiersma. All beers are produced in the state-of-the-art 15-barrel microbrewery.
The brewery bar, with rustic dark alder wood, houses all those who are eager to sample or purchase one of these tasty brews. Right outside the brewery is a beer garden complete with stage and sound system for live music and events, as well as a large stone fire pit. Customers are able to sip their favorite brew indoors or outdoors, watch the game on one of many flat screen televisions, or take a tour of the facility to learn more about the brewing process and the historic Coffman area

This state-of-the-art facility produces our sparkling wine using two fermentation processes: the traditional Champagne method and the Charmat method. To balance this technology with grace and style, Crown Valley Champagne House showcases native stone, rustic Alder wood cabinets with stainless steel counter tops and antique wine equipment. “After touring several of the world’s sparkling wineries, we incorporated their finest characteristics into our facility,” said Bryan Siddle, Operations Manager.
