Tasting Notes

Very complex taste with lots of fruits and spices on the nose. This wine is ripe with flavors of black currant and has a full bodied texture. This wine is NOT typical of most Petite Sirahs. It is fruity.

Winemaker Notes

Grape: Petite Sirah from Lodi, CA

Aging: 18 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels

Alcohol: 13%

Residual Sugar: 0.02%

Food Pairing

With venison or a hard cheese such as Asiago.
