Tasting Notes
This wine is a rich straw color with olive green hues. The nose is intensely perfumed with ripe melon, peach, pineapple and apricot layered with vanillin oak. The palate is full bodied with fresh fruit flavors balanced with oak and clean persistent finish.

Grape: 93% Vignoles, 7% Chardonel from Crown Vineyards
Aging: 9 months in a 100% new American Oak
Alcohol: 13%
Residual Sugar: 1%
