Tasting Notes
This wine is a rich deep plum red color. The Nose is highly perfumed with layers of ripe berry fruit, black cherries, spice and earthy notes. The palate is full bodied; fruity with soft silky tannins and a long lingering finish.

Aging: 100% Barrel Aged. 85% aged 36 months, 15% aged 60 months. Mix of French & American oak.
Alcohol: 14%
Residual Sugar: 0.2%
