Intense, complex fruit aromas of honey, apple and pineapple, with toasty oak tones and a hint of vanilla. The flavor is deep, dense, and full with a remarkably long toasty, creamy finish.

Grape: Chardonel, from Crown Vineyards

Aging: 30 months in 6 French and 4 American oak barrels

Alcohol: 12.5%
