Processing Time + Warehouse Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

• Processing Time = One or two days to get your order looked at, your credit card authorized, and to make sure the ship-to address is a legal shipping state for wine. If your card does not authorize, your order will not proceed to the next step.
  Minimum time: 1-2 business days for most products. 5-7 business days for personalized wine labels. We do not process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
• Warehouse Time = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two.
  Minimum time: 1-2 business days
• Shipment Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your product to you. If you select ground shipping, this time could be a week or two. Ground shipping is the default shipper in your shopping basket so if you do not want ground shipping, you must deselect it and select another shipper before completing your purchase or you will be charged ground shipper rates. Shipping times are listed by type in the table below.
• CrownValleyWinery.com may ship each product at different times. Do not be concerned if you receive only one of your products in a box. The other products will arrive soon after.
