- Seyval Blanc - $18 Aged 18 months in oak barrels, this wine presents high complex aromas of fruits and hints of vanilla. This Seyval is dry, crisp, and has a fresh clean taste.
- Chardonel Dry Stainless - $15 This Chardonel Dry wine was aged 9 months in stainless steel. It is fresh, fruity with pear and lemon flavors, long finish and goes great with shellfish, oysters and smoked salmon.
- Sauvignon Blanc / Colombard - $14 This blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Colombard boasts intense complex fruit aromas of grapefruit and exotic fruit, with a touch of mocha and vanilla. It's fresh and fruity, with a long and pleasant finish.
- Riesling Dry - $16 This Riesling has a floral, citrus nose with lemon and orange blossom characters. The palate is rich and refreshing with pronounced flavors and a long, lingering, crisp finish.
- Vignoles Dry - $16 This wine has a wonderful aroma of sweet tropical fruits, ripe melon and oranges. The palate is full bodied, dominated by tropical fruit flavors. This Vignoles has a long and persistent dry finish.
- Malvasia Bianca - $16 This wine has a high intensity of fresh grapefruit, peach and pineapple with a touch of vanilla. A very full bodied wine.
- Crown Heritage - $11 This blend has bright scents of ripe fruit, fresh lemon and a hint of honey and oak aromas.
- Pinot Gris - $14 This Pinot Gris is fresh and has a very fruity taste. It's delicately fragrant and mildly floral, with a slightly tangy, quite rich, round and full bodied flavor.
- Chardonel Off Dry - $18 This Off Dry Chardonel has a very fruity nose and a fruity finish. This wine would pair well with shrimp or spicy seafood.
- Traminette - $16 The nose of this wine presents aromas of litchi nut, rose petals and licorice with a subtle hint of vanilla.
- Chardonel Sweet - $9 This wine is fresh, fruity and a little bit spicy with exotic fruits, pineapple and raisin flavors.

- Chardonel Late Harvest - $18 Intense sweet flavors of ripe fruits, dried apricots, figs and raisins.
- Vignoles Late Harvest - $20 This late harvest has a very complex nose, with aromas of raisins, dried apricot, and spices, typical of sweet late harvest wines.

- Blackberry - $12 Juicy and sweet, our Blackberry wine is a truly delicious fruit wine; ripe and fresh with rich texture. This wine is perfect as a chilled sipping wine.

- Rosé - $14 This wonderful blend of Chardonel 62%, Grenache 25%, and Chambourcin 13% has created a fresh and very fruity wine. Our Rose is great with grilled meats, pasta and perfect as a dinner wine.
- Royal Blush - $9 This blush wine has a fresh fruit and rose petal aroma. The palate is rich and full with berry notes, a clean crisp and slightly sweet wine.
SPARKLING WINES
- Chardonel Brut - $16 With delicate peach and floral notes, this sparkling wine offers a fresh palate lively with citrus and melon flavors, overlaid with persistent effervescence.
- Muscato - $15 This light and fresh sparkling wine has a subtle orange blossom-perfumed nose. The palate is clean and crisp with fresh citrus fruit flavors and a lively effervescence.
- Sweet Brachetto - $15 This invigorating sparkling red wine features aromas of fresh fruit and berries and pairs exceptionally well with chocolate.
- Traminette Sec - $16 Our 2005 Traminette has a subtle rose petal, lychee and citrus fruit aromas, the palate is fresh with a lively effervescence and a slightly sweet finish. This wine pairs nicely with dried fruit and soft cheeses.

- Petite Sirah - $20 Very complex taste with lots of fruits and spices on the nose. This wine is ripe with flavors of black currant and has a full-bodied texture.

- Fine Old Ruby - $20 Our Fine Old Ruby dessert wine has fresh fruit, plum and spice notes. The palate is rich and generous with a smooth and balanced finish. This wine can be cellared for many years.
- Port - $30 Richly fruited but complex; mouth-filling yet not too sweet or rich. Aromas and flavors of black cherry in the forefront, with light raisin and prune notes, peppery spice and a toasty caramel note from the oak barrels.

- Chenin Blanc - $14 This wine has a distinctive floral citrus and green apple aroma. Barrel fermented and then transferred to stainless steel to maintain its freshness. The palate is light and crisp with a slightly sweet finish.
- 2002 Crown Jewel - $40 Barrel aged 30 months in oak. Intense, complex fruit aromas of honey, apple and pineapple, with toasty oak tones and a hint of vanilla.
